The Pine Bush is covered in snow for the first time this winter season. Strap on your snowshoes or cross country skiis and check out one of our trails. You may notice that it seems quieter but if you look and listen carefully you will discover that the Pine Bush is actually full of life in winter. Look to the untravelled sides of the trails for animal tracks and keep your eyes peeled for small piles of scat, both signs of animals moving around in the Pine Bush that we may not actually see. You may even find clues that there are small mammals tunneling under the snow. There are still some hearty birds around as well. Listen, look and enjoy the snow in the Pine Bush!
