See What's Underground!

Volunteer

With the help of volunteer docents and educators, the Discovery Center offers many outings and programs about the natural and cultural history of the Pine Bush.

The Pine Bush also provides hundreds of volunteers and partners with rewarding opportunities for hands-on conservation work. Volunteer researchers help monitor rare species and study habitat quality. Through boundary posting, trail clearing and marking, habitat restoration and interpretive projects, volunteers are also working to make the Preserve safe and enjoyable for all who visit and live here.
