Not including sea turtles, New York State is home to 11 species of native turtles. While two of these are widespread and common, many others are Species of Greatest Conservation Need and/or formally state listed as endangered or threatened. Join us this evening for a lecture by NYS DEC Wildlife Diversity Biologist Paul Novak as he discusses these species along with conservation actions being taken for some of them.

Fee: Free! Reservations required for all attendees (regardless of age).

Note: Programs begin promptly at times listed. Please notify us if you need to cancel your registration so we can open your spot up to the waiting list.

While leashed pets are permitted on marked trails, we ask that visitors not bring pets to our educational programs.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds. It is, however, permissible to send or designate another person to use your program registration.
