Frogs are silent during these cold and snowy months, the curved shape of turtles can’t be seen on the logs in the wetland, and no snakes can be heard moving through the brush.  Amphibians and reptiles have unique ways to survive through the winter weather.  Join us for this program and learn why we call it “deep freeze”.  We plan to hike approximately one mile.  In case of snow, we will provide snowshoes.
