Did you know that there are twelve different trailheads in the Pine Bush? Join us at Trailhead #9 to explore the Kings Highway Barrens part of the preserve. We will walk 1.2 miles on this adventure. We will meet at the Kings Highway Barrens trailhead (#9).
Trailhead #9 Kings Highway Barrens
Directions from Discovery Center to Kings Highway Barrens (Trailhead 9). At traffic light in front of Discovery Center building, continue straight through intersection, onto Old State Road. Follow Old State Rd. 0.6 miles to 3 way stop sign intersection. At stop sign, turn right onto Kings Road. Continue straight on Kings Road for 1.3miles. Trailhead will be on your right hand side of the road. Look for pull off area, split rail fencing, and brown kiosk.
